Eric Drath

Eric Drath is the CEO of Live Star Entertainment a full-service production company specializing in live events for broadcast as well as non-broadcast and original content. Born and raised in New York City where he graduated from Columbia University, Eric began his career at ABC News. He then went on to produce for both CNN and Fox News Channel. In 1998 he ventured into the boxing world where he spent 6 years working as an agent, representing over 40 fighters around the world.
In the year 2009, Eric released his first film, Assault in the Ring which aired on HBO and received the Emmy award for Outstanding Sports Documentary in 2010. He's also produced more than 15 other films including Reneé (Tribeca Film Festival/ESPN), Tapia (HBO), Theodore Bikkel's In the Shoes of Sholom Aleichem (PBS) and No Mas which also won an EMMY for the ESPN 30 for 30 film series.
